Would you like to purchase more alcohol? Of course, we all do! We here at Cheers POS would like to make liquor point of sales, liquor store point of sales, liquor POS, and liquor store POS easier for all retailers and customers. The best advice we can offer: pay attention to your state's online sales -- "The Liquor Law Repeal and Enforcement Act, also referred to as the Webb-Kenyon Act, which the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) administers, prohibits shipments of alcohol beverages from one State into another State in violation of any law of the receiving State. 27 U.S.C.§122" (http://www.ttb.gov/publications/direct_shipping.shtml) Also from that same webpage, "... Congress enacted the 21st Amendment Enforcement Act that provided the States with a specific tool to address interstate shipments and transportation of alcohol beverages in violation of State law. Thus, contemporaneous with our enforcement policy pronouncement, Congress indicated its support for States to act in this enforcement area because they likely are in a better position to interpret and defend their own laws."
But, it's a little more complex than that. Be sure to check out that webpage as well as the following for online purchasing, intra-state shipments, and inter-state shipments:

Post Script: I checked out this website: http://www.liquorama.net/blog/can-you-buy-alcohol-online/
Short answer (from the website): The answer is yes, depending on the state you live in. You can order wine, spirits and beer online from retailers like Liquorama and have it shipped directly to your door. There are some states where purchasing alcohol online is restricted however, you can see those states HERE.
