Monday Before Easter -- Recipes for Easter

http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/views/naturally-dyed-pickled-easter-eggs?

We saw the above link, and, while it's pretty neat that one can color and pickle eggs with some natural ingredients, is using food dye or PASS's Food Color Tablet to vinegar all that synthetic?  I guess the draw is the simultaneous pickling & dying, as there may be decent ways to do either.

We did not click on any of the links but checked to see the recipes included.  We like the use of lamb, but, we acknowledge, it can be expensive.

We saw this link on Pinterest.  We did not click on the individual recipes, though we were intrigued.  Some of them have specialty ingredients, but, if one wants to splurge, Easter is probably a good time to do so.

On another note, our secretary has gotten yet another new (refurbished?) computer!!  The first replacement did not keep a charge, flickered, and had bad graphics, the second computer did not charge, the third one has been plugged in for about an hour...and is not holding a charge/charging (it has been at 0% for at least 15 minutes), though it says it is charging.

It is important that the computers have a power back up here at the office should any of our customers need support; if the power goes out here, we can still help them remotely.

~Cheers!
